Fred we get these in very large numbers in the winter .If the winter is very hard we some times see very large flocks as birds that would normally winter in England will come over here also.

all depends what cider vinegar if its organic then 6 ml to a litre is about right if its cheap stuff i wouldnt use it at all
Its organic but I read somewhere that anything above 6 ml per liter is toxic to a pigeon .
